About Me
Hello there!
I’m Hannah — a writer, photographer, filmmaker, and MFA candidate studying Film & Media Arts at Temple University in Philadelphia. I have a journalism degree from the University of Illinois and years of writing experience that I’ve used to help build the worlds of my short films. My thesis project involves reimagining hand-painted films from the dawn of cinema, namely the work of Georges Méliès. I aim to channel the hundreds of uncredited women who colored the first films as I paint one frame at a time.
